New 2021 refurbishments at Douper Hall


Douper Hall is perfectly situated in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham, very close to the University, local shops, bars, restaurants and train station.

Douper Hall consists of three blocks. All bedrooms have a bed, office space and their own en-suite bathroom.

Group flats are available for 4, 5 and 6 students to share and are in high demand, BOOK NOW!

The modern and spacious shared facilities include communal area kitchens plus a large laundry area.

The external perimeter of the complex is covered 24 hours a day by security cameras, whilst the front gates and main doors are all key fob controlled.

The premises also offers bike locking facilities and car parking is available as an optional extra (reservation required).

The following options are available for any students studying within the Birmingham region:

Students can stay a minimum of 44 weeks or have an option of staying all year around 52 weeks.

Students also have the option of renting during the summer vacation period for 8 weeks.

Rental prices are inclusive of the following bills: electric, water and internet

En-Suite Bedroom Prices:

Option 1 – Academic year (ending 9th July 2022) at £145pppw inclusive of utilities.

Option 2 – Academic year including Summer (ending 4th September 2022) at £139pppw inclusive of utilities.

Option 3 – Summer 2021 (10th July 2021 to 4th September 2021) at £100pppw inclusive of utilities.
